Another fabulous day of eating 🙂 Breakfast was a plain bowl of Cream of Wheat, that wasn’t the most enjoyable breakfast ever, but it filled me up and sustained me until lunchtime. Lunch was ANOTHER Micro Green Salad with Rice and Pinto beans. Dinner was Roasted Pepper and Sweet Potato soup and Roasted Asparagus with slivered Almonds, and it was an amazing dinner! I will definitely add this soup to my winter menu plan and make a large pot so I can have some to freeze.
