Ultimate Reset Day 18

3 days left!  I ate a ton of food today.  Big plate of fruit for breakfast, Spinach salad and a sweet potato for lunch, and dinner was excessive and I had a hard time finishing it all.  Miso Soup, Roasted asparagus, and Steamed broccoli.

I was very tired today and actually needed to take a nap!!  30 minute power nap was all I needed and then I was fine.
