My day is done and I’m really tired. Ate lots of whole food today, but my body is not used to all the fruit and large servings of grains. I’m working through something, so I will move forward.
Breakfast, you guessed it a large plate of fruit. Lunchtime brought on a yummy Cucumber & Tomato Salad w/Avocado AND a Qunioa-Lentil Pilaf. Finished my eating day with Hearty Vegetable Miso Soup, steamed chard and quinoa.
Ok, I’m too tired to share more. I gotta go to bed…..
