1 c grass feed butter
1/2 c organic brown sugar
2 c whole wheat flour
1 T organic cocnut sugar
Beat butter at medium speed until creamy; gradually add in brown sugar, beating until light and fluffy. Gradually add in flour, beating on low until smooth. Cover and chill 30 minutes.
Roll dough to 1/4 inch thickness on lightly floured surface. Cut with any shape cookie cutter; place 1 inch apart on lightly greased cookie sheet. Sprinkle tops with coconut sugar.
Bake at 375* for 10-12 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. Yields about 18 cookies.
